The disruption of our work, family, and social lives changes the usual patterns of connection in our relationships. We are losing jobs or working from home. Kids are attending school from home. Childcare isn’t available. Finances are strained. We don’t have our usual social outlets with friends and extended families. And personal space…well that’s gone!
Based on our experience over the last decade of helping couples to bring more intimacy into their relationships, we have learned the invaluable benefit of having a circle of couples who provide mutual support to each other.
List to how other couples are coping. Share your challenges and solutions.
We will give you strategies to navigate this time together. Don’t let your relationship be a virus statistic! Learn to create resilience, work together, and co-create your new reality together.
