Days of Service

Samu refers to physical work that is done with mindfulness as a simple, practical and spiritual practice. Samu is a way to bring mindfulness into everyday life as well as being productive and getting work done.

Join us for a day of Samu at the Land Sanctuary. This is a wonderful opportunity to volunteer and get your hands dirty in the company of family, friends and community. Our intentions are to collectively engage in mindful work, develop team building, and be in service and stewardship to this amazing place.

Upcoming Days of Service in 2017:

March 25, 10a-1p

April 15, 10a-1p

May 13, 10a-1p
