Rejuvenate, energize, and tone your body on this convenient weekend getaway, only an hour and half from Los Angeles!

Sagrada
Wellness is excited to now offer yoga and Pilates retreats in beautiful
Ojai, California. Sagrada Style, lead by Nicole Currie and hosted by
owners Scott and Eva, will be held at the majestic Ojai Foundation; a place dedicated to making the world more compassionate, sustainable and peaceful. This retreat is a nurturing blend of Vinyasa flow yoga and Pilates
mat exercises. Begin your day practicing a 1.5 hour flow yoga class in
the spectacular new Council Room. In the late afternoon, enjoy an
uplifting Pilates mat class that will tone your abdominals and bring
balance to your spine.  After this fun workout, rejuvenate your mind
and body with deep restorative yoga postures that will leave you
feeling grounded, muy tranquilo.  As we embark on our inward
journey of renewal, guests feel a deeper sense of connectedness to
oneself and the beautiful nature that surrounds The Ojai Foundation.   

Nicole
Currie has been practicing and studying yoga for over 11 years. She is
a certified yoga teacher from the White Lotus Foundation, has a
Prenatal Yoga certification from Yoga Fit and Yoga Works, she is a
STOTT Pilates instructor, and she has an M.F.A. in dance from NYU's
Tisch School of the Arts.  She has also completed an additional 200
hour teacher training with Yoga Works in Santa Monica, CA. Nicole
currently lives in Los Angeles and works at Body Aligned Pilates.
She also leads retreats in Mexico. Her classes benefit all levels, as
she loves offering modifications and props to help students find proper
alignment. Nicole is passionate about teaching and offering guidance to
students of all abilities. Her yoga classes are a vinyasa flow style
that combines thorough instruction to accommodate each individuals
